The Market Theatre Laboratory second-year students present their acclaimed production, Marose, winner of the Best Student Production Award at the National Arts Festival 2018.

This devised, the highly physical play explores what makes a black man in today’s day and age. It is a fun take on the expectations put on black men to be providers, physically strong and sexually competent.

In an exciting twist, the audience is invited to experience this world through the eyes of a woman.
